Imagine living with only half your skull. Twenty six-year old Shravya (name changed) would know that. After she met with an accident while crossing the busy Outer Ring Road near her workplace in Bengaluru, the nightmare for nearly annually had been living.
Shravya, who is not married, survived the injury but medical complications led to removal of more than 25 25 percent of her skull bone. For her to do any physical action, her state was too frail.
